The overall vision for this village is to create a sustainable residential community that reflects, celebrates and evolves the Eltham Style of building and lifestyle.

Our design approach draws upon inspiration from both the original aboriginal custodians and more recently from local sustainable designers and builders.

The design concepts have also been influenced by the rich history of local builders and designers.  As advocated by these leaders in sustainable building the use of natural and recycled materials, house positioning / orientation, sustainable technologies and energy efficiency are all paramount to our house and garden design controls and guidelines.
